Join the Mindi Mindi Corporation, members of the Jaru Language Group, and their Aboriginal Safari Tours company in the Bungle Bungles. This tour provides the visitor with the opportunity to experience the famous Bungle Bungles through the eyes of the descendants of the traditional owners, the Jaru people. This three to six day cultural and spiritual experience is a combination of archaeology, Aboriginal stories from the dream time, spiritualism, bush walking, learning about bush foods and natures natural medicines. This experience also provides an opportunity to sleep under the stars in comfortable swags and mosquito domes.

The Bungle Bungles is rich in cultural history and has some of the most extraordinary ranges of rock art sites in the Kimberley. We will visit many of these sites with Tanba, Bonnie and Vincent and other members of the Jaru people.

The Mindi Mindi Corporation and other members of the Jaru Language Group are pro-actively involved in the cultural and natural resource management of the Bungle Bungles. They are hopeing to hold rock art site recording and resource management workshops to assist in the tour guide training of some of their youth. The strong 'eco' base to their cultural tourism product makes the visitors experience to the Bungles a totally unique Aboriginal product.
